As title states, I believe the Sleek Creek house was overlooked when housing item limits were being adjusted.

It currently has 200 / 400 item slots, and has a house and an outside area. There are houses that had less item slots and less room (and lesser classification) that received a bump, however from the Patch Notes, I don't see this one included.

The thing to understand is they didn't so much bump categories as merge/streamline them.

They did two things:
1. Merge categories so the previously 6 categories are now 3
(Previous trad furnishing limit non eso+)
Inn Rooms (15) are now merged with Apartments (50) into the Staple category.
Small Houses (100) are now merged with Medium houses(200) into the Classic category
Large Houses (300) are now merged with Manors (350) into the Notable category.

The Staple/Classic/Notable categories already existed in the crown store but used to contain two types of houses each, now all the homes within those categories match in slots.

2. The first 2 categories got slot increases so staple is now 75
and Classic (small and med) are now up to 250

Sleek Creek was a Medium house, so it got the standard increase from 200 to 250, but did not get a bump in category since it was already in the top tier of its category merge.
