Getting disconnected, then unable to reconnect because of an "unknown error"

So seriously ZOS, i dont think i have ever written complaint on forum or pulled out on devs that i paid a lot of money for a game and also pay considerable monthly fee, but this is unbearable n im rly pissed now.
Lately i get disconnected from server quite alot and when i try to reconnect, "unknown error" pops out on me, giving me this awesome advice i should try again later. After i log into my account and select character i want to play, the loading screen never finishes and returns me back to login screen with and unknown error message. This happens like 3 times before im finally able to play.
I was forced to create this thread, because today i was staring a bit over 30 minutes at loading screens and error messages before i was finally so annoyed and pissed that i am unable to play the game i pay for and create this complaint. Bugs and other issues i can understand, but this issue makes the game literally unplayable.
I have, of course, discussed this issue with my fellow guildmates to ensure the fault is not on my end before i report it and found out, that this is problem for everyone.
I love this game you guys made, but getting DC after 5 minutes of gameplay and then staring at loading screens for another 10 minutes only to get error is too much even for me. Fix this asap pls.

Just wondering, are you by any chance running any addons? My experience is that out of date addons, or even addons that are constantly pulling data from the server (Like skyshard location addons) sometimes mess up the client side program.

Iorail✭✭✭✭Disable all addons, completely erase ESOHead and ESOHead Mapmarkers if you have those 2, then try to log in.0 -
eu_Ryu✭Well that kidna sucks, i play a lot, i discover everything and wanted to help out to improve eso database for other players. In this case i feel like since ZOS enabled the use of addons, they should make sure their functionality doesnt do something like this and prevent the addon from being used in case it messes up ZOS's own codes.
Anyways thank you very much guys, for your advice and in case some ZOS staff reads this, i feel like this issue should be sticky or add to known issues thread or somtehing, coz theres alot of ppl having the same problem thinking its connectivity issue.Life is as simple as you make it -Ryu0
