This is a great list, thank you! Did you notice if we have to do the introduction quest multiple times? I’ve tried it on one character, unlocked the house, and chose a faction that I understand is an account wide choice. Can I progress unlocking the wings of the house on a different character right away, or will they have to do the introductory quest first?

I haven't done the introduction quest multiple times but you can progress unlocking the wings of the house on other characters. The wings are unlocked by creating the relics (which are by district, not by faction), not by doing any specific quests.

Thank you for the appreciation also ^-^!

This is my problem. I went in on one character, got a quest, joined a faction, got another quest, had to go.
Came back on a different character. He has a faction. But there is no indication where to find quests.
    I'm totally lost.
    Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
Mostly PC-EU , with a lonely little guy on NA.

So, in each section, there are five quests scattered across the map. I've been able to find all of them so far, except for the "Defacement" quest. The problem is that you can't see the quest markers on the compass until you're standing at the location where the quest is. The same applies when you want to complete these quests. The markers indicating where you need to collect something only appear when you're standing on top of them, so to speak.

The quest starter for the defacement quest is the head that drops from the trash (non-boss) enemies.
