Is customer service currently backed up?
My account was permanently banned over 2 weeks ago. At first I thought it was because I had accidentally tried logging in with a VPN on twice. I contacted with service tickets a few times (I know it can put me at the back of the list). I did it because while I was waiting to hear back about what could have happened to cause me to be banned with NO notice (like, literally no email besides one telling me my auto renewal for ESO Plus was canceled), I found out my credit card company had flagged my ESO Plus subscription as fraudulent, and it seems that's what caused this. So, I emailed again to let them know I spoke to them to send the payment back and pay any fees, but I'm still not hearing back about anything from customer service still.
I can't check my tickets on the website either, because my account is suspended from it, too.

My first ticket number was 260115-003459
If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. My account is 11 years old, so I've been anxious every day waiting to hear back from someone, finally.
