All PvP in ESO dies if ZOS mandates vengeance.
And by "all pvp" you mean 4 meager hours per day of ball groups, proc sets, and instant deaths, then 20 hours of empty map PvDoor. Yeah that can die. It has run its course.

Your characterization isn't factually accurate, but I'd take 4 hours of pop locked daily vs. never more than 20 players in the zone 24 hours/day.

You don't even play anymore. I highly doubt you'll come back for more than a few weeks at best if you get what you're asking for. You've already quit the game for all intents and purposes.

And now thanks to Vengeance, I'm finally interested in returning.

I'll bet my account I'm not the only one.

You are arguing that ZOS should create content for people who don't even play ESO at this time. So why should ZOS or anyone else listen? And I think your problem, why you left the game, has more to do with the social environment you created for yourself in GH more than it does with GH vs. vengeance. Vengeance won't solve that problem.

You're giving me credit for ball groups, proc sets, and instant deaths? Flattering you think I have such influence. Social environment is an extension of gameplay. Toxic gameplay breeds a toxic social environment, and that's a devil's triad of toxicity that GH gameplay suffers.

Feels kinda like certain people love Vengeance for some strange ego related nostalgia. Takes them back to a time where pugs didn’t have the ability to burst them down, where they could pick apart pugs 1 by 1 ie 1vXing without worry. Where subclassing didn’t allow the random pug to build out the god wardensorcblade, and perhaps they don’t like the fact that builds/skill lines have overrode button pushing skills. I’ll admit, sounds nice. However, none of it has to do with performance, more so ego and wanting the old guard to be back on top. Sorry to say, ZOS isn’t abandoning the mutt builds, and arguing for Vengeance based on balance is directly the opposite of where ZOS intends to take the game. They found “performance” with Vengeance but not having access to the swath of content the game offers is a net negative and they know it. Players would rather play in a “kinda” laggy ruleset with their god builds than play a replica of 2015 against ego maniacs trying to 1vX them. Any argument for vengeance that isn’t about performance has zero merit.

That said, bring us Vengeance for the people on old gen and brick PCs. Sounds great, for them. They get half the game and get to play against the inclusion crowd that really just wants to 1vX them.

The side-by-side test proved beyond question that GH remains popular among some players. The easy answer is to keep both Veng and GH and let ppl choose which one they want to play.

Ooooor keep it how it is and dont split the population.
And these who dont want to pvp then, didnt pvp before and are perhaps no loss to the pvp community of the game.

Not everything needs to be play the way you want.
You cant buy a etablished 10y old game and expect it to change.

If some people are „threatening“ they dont play pvp then- okay and?

It is contradictory how you always claim nobody plays Vengeance and that the players wanting Vengeance are not a loss to the game if they leave game but if they get their own campaign them leaving GreyHost reducing its population is suddenly a problem.
It is obvious you dont want to preserve population numbers if you rather have players quit than play the way they want.
Even Vengeance players also playing GreyHost might leave when Vengeance get stopped rather than continue feeding the ballgroups that lobbied to remove ballgroups to keep farming them.
Your fellows spam threats to quit ESO when Vengeance gets permanent like that is stopping ZOS continuing Vengeance. If you dont care about Vengeance players quitting than nobody should care about your threats to quit either. Other customers arent inferior to you.

You haven't logged on regularly for over two years now.
Better PvP on the forums. Balanced meta. Populated server. Persistent action. Can't say any of that about GH, a proven failure that reduced the Cyro player base from thousands to a couple hundred. Advocate for your small pond if you must, but the ocean of Vengeance still rises.

What are you going to do when ZOS mandates vengeance and you're and your wife are the only ones playing it?

Somehow everyone defending Vengeance is „the only one“. There must be a double digit number of „only ones“ defending Vengeance in forum alone which according to Vengeance haters is only 1% of the playerbase.
Maybe you can gaslight yourself and outstanding players that Vengeance was empty but I had no problems finding fights in Vengeance even in offhours after GreyHost was back up and you cant convince me otherwise and ZOS has real numbers anyway.

I am looking forward to the day when ball groups enter Gray Host only to notice that they are all alone  and will have to fight against other ball groups in a never ending, no one can/will kill anybody, ball group zerg fight  !

Why? Because all the other players left for Vengeance where ball groups aren't a thing  !

You and your fellow Vengeance haters claim to not login when Vengeance is up but complain on the forum while you don’t even play ESO at this time that ZOS should shutdown Vengeance and restore Greyhost(create content) so why should anyone listen to you?

As someone who has spent 1000s of hours in Cyrodiil, why is it I don't find ball groups lurking around every corner. They're not ambushing me at every resource, or popping up every time I'm on flags. Ball groups aren't jumping of the abandoned orchard, or roving in circles around Vlas preying on all who happen past. There aren't ball groups on the Alessia bridge tower swooping down like some dark vampire horde. Ball groups don't pop out of the dolmen. Yes ball groups are annoying but an almost hysterical amount of energy has been expelled complaining about something that's not a major factor.

Coordinated PVDoor guilds are far more of a nuisance and are also not the same thing at all. Seriously, someone tell me what's wrong with GH without using the phrase "ball group".

You're right. There are about 5 people, including you, that are posting about the virtues of vengeance. I'd name the other 4 but it's against ToS.

Ball groups are a problem, no doubt about it. But they are also easy to avoid, and fixing a few sets and heal stacking ball groups would be no problem at all. They'd still be stronger than non comped groups, but at least a zerg would be able to take them down. The only real problem with GH is ZOS has neglected it to the point it's where it's at now.

The queues are horrible, the pop cap needs doubled or tripled.
