For whatever reason, during this event, Impresario's Assistant, Philius Dormier, has only morph fragments (specifically, Gilded Pigment Ursauk requiring Passion Dancer Blossom, Hourglass requiring Soulfire Dragon Illusion, and Doomchar Plateau house requiring Unstable Morpholoth), but not base fragments -- Passion Dancer Blossom, Soulfire Dragon Illusion, and Unstable Morpholoth themselves.
