Event Merchant's Assistant stock?

Question raised on Reddit, but I checked and can confirm that the Assistant does not have any pet fragments in his stock. Is there any particular reason why or is this just something that didn't get turned on as it should have?
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerHi there! We can confirm that the Impresario's Assistant NPC missing some of the pet fragments for previous morphing collectible pets is not intended. The Assistant's inventory will be restored so that it includes these pet fragments on February 3.
The missing items, which cost 5 Event Tickets apiece, are:- Unstable Morpholith Fragments:

- Smoldering Bloodgrass Tinder
