Wait so I can't question whether they are combating the bot problem even though the company says they combat them...even though I have yet to see any difference in last month and half? That is a separate issue sorry! Not just this specific incident - you've probably got all sorts of reasons why this is a deliberate hack - but just talking generally.
Supposing it was you that fell victim to this bug? and you looked on the forum and here's your name plastered everywhere about what a cheat you are and should be banned.

The 'naming and shaming policy' is a standard forum ToS on every game to prevent that sort of thoughtless harassment.
