On the topic of player experience improvements, as the title mentions, add comprehensive tags to skills so its more intuitive to understand what kind of set / passive / effect etc affects the ability, ESPECIALLY when we introduce new skills through reworks, for which players are not aware of interactions yet. If I see an ability with the
"Shield" tag I should know that it works with Shield Master CP for example, even though some examples are counter intuitive ( Brawl for instance - I would have no clue whether it works or not with this CP unless I test it specifically. Or as another example - people not knowing this CP also reduces the cost of shield ultimates ).
This also makes it easier for players to identify and report bugs when a behaviour does not work as intended.
Players should not have to open several wiki pages and ask their friends to help them test on PTS to see how certain abilities / sets / passives behave.
