New Incinerate aka Flames of Oblivion Doesnt work with Kazpian

As title says Incinerate doesnt proc kazpian. As the skill being direct+aoe skill it should proc kazpian but it doesn't.

Yeah normally it should proc. I even checked the direct damage and aoe cps buffing the incinerate to be sure and yes those 2 cps buffing the damage of incinerate so for my thinking if there isnt any other thing behind it that we dont know it should work to proc kazpian.1
