Wondering if the PTS may end up being used "as needed" for certain feature introductions, or if will still stick to the quarterly "chapter release" format in terms of feature testing.

updates must still be quarterly.
why would there be any change?

✭✭✭✭✭The patch cadence should still be the same, so it's unlikely that the PTS cadence will change.
That said, Jess did mention that there was a chance we could get PTS previews of early-in-the-process stuff, which would probably work best if they wanted to toss something up in the off-season.1 -
