These speed groups and tanks with immunity to any hinderance poison, lightning staves or any debuff need to be nerfed. They should not be immune. Same with tanks. Tanks in PVP should be nerfed. Having a tank take a keep alone and then walk the scroll all the way back to the temple is terrible for the game.

    If any tank takes a keep alone, it was probably completely undefended in the first place. Guards slap on enough debuffs that you could kill a tanky player (unless they’re so tanky that they have no offense, in which case, they aren’t really a big problem).

    Tanks in PvP are perfectly fine the way they are. They pose no real threat without a group to back them up, and if you ignore them, they can’t do much to influence the game besides solo siege a keep and get run off when people show up.

    As for the immunities, what do you think is worse: fighting someone who's immune to most CC, or being stunned/slowed/charmed/knocked around so much that you literally can’t play the game? As ridiculous as Snow Treaders and Immunity pots may seem to you, Warden Charm is just as nuts, if not worse, in this meta.

    ehhhh snow treaders lets someone completely abstain from participating in 2/3 the cc in the game. If you want to really think about it, snow treaders saves you from having to cast a snare immunity or speed buff every 4-6s. dps or healing wise that's a 25% to 17% increase in dps you could be doing. Lots of sustain, etc.

    IMO snow treaders should work by replacing your sprint speed bonus with the immunity. So you must be sprinting to make use of it. You would still pay the cost of sprinting. You would not get the base sprint speed buff, but could get others if you wanted. You cannot cast skills while sprinting...........This way you must still participate in the play/counterplay system in the game.

    PvP wise we already knew allowing groups to have snare/root immunity caused issues. That's why it was removed from rapids spam way back when. Now groups dont even need a rapids support role. Zos obviously forgot over the years and didnt think about this.

    Tanks cannot take a keep alone. If one did he had the damage to take out the guards, in which case that is not a tank. It is a damage build that happened to run a shield on the back bar.

    Pure tanks in PvP are fine. They have a defined role with aura effects, buffs and Guard. Their survivability comes at the cost of actual damage which makes them unable to do anything on their own.

    Additionally, there are builds that counter high health and resistance builds (Knight Slayer), pure block builds (block reduction sets) and self healing builds (Jerall's+Major/Minor Defile). The game already gives you the tools to negatively impact whatever type of tank you are running into. Additionally, tanks are easily handled in group vs group combat where a tank's survivability isn't enough to last against the damage of several people with damage builds.

    If your issue is builds that run some tank abilities or a back bar with a shield along with high damage that is a different matter entirely.
