Question regarding the new Onslaught Change

Hi guys.
I am playing on console, so I cannot participate in the PTS and test this by myself.
Can someone tell me if the 100% Penetration and Critical Chance already apply for the cast / damage of Onslauhgt itself or only after Onslaught´s initial damage got applied?!

Onslaught's hit bypasses resists. I don't think anyone ever tested if this is done by giving the pen buff before the hit occurs in the code or whether onslaught has another function where it ignores armor like oblivion damage.
I can double check later tonight after work whether onslaught has a guaranteed crit now. Or if they made the crit buff after a successful hit.
Or ill check whether you get the crit buff regardless if the hit goes through, when the enemy dodge rolls.I only use insightful0 -

Onslaught grants the player a buff before attacking, guaranteeing that all damage dealt by Onslaught itself and for the next 5 seconds will critically strike, ignoring the target's defense (18900 penetration as displayed in CMX).
However, if a weapon Enchanting is triggered simultaneously while using Onslaught, that Enchanting may not necessarily trigger a critical hit.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but i think it should be let Onslaught and the Enchanting be crit.
