Selling in Guild Store and the resulting emails

When i sell something in the Guild store, I get an email with the proceeds attached.
BUT IT DOES NOT TELL YOU WHAT SOLD.

This is un-good.

Why can't they tell me which item out of a hundred or so sold?
If I wanted a Signature I would have a Signature --- but i don't want one so I don't have one.

    +1

Please have the email say which item was sold. I cannot always recall all my listings, and looking at my listings on the guild store does not tell me what I have sold either, just what is currently awaiting sale. I might have sold a stack of ore, or a motif book, no idea what!

Especially in large trading guilds this is important, so that we can see what is popular and at what prices. The current mail we get is just "you sold an item, here's your money less deductions". It must be recorded somewhere which item I sold, so just state that in the mail, or use the same kind of link that people use in chat so that you can look at an item. You sold [sanded maple]x100, attached is your money less deductions.

It is unbelievable that the person designing this 'Email when an item sold' function did not or could not include the item name. THey must have been very very rushed.

Oh and thanks to the OP for raising the issue here, it has been at the back of my mind for a while and I've been meaning to mention it. As a member of 3 large trading guilds, it's difficult to keep track!

There's an addon that solves this. If you're not using addons I feel sorry for you because this is one of many mandatory features that are missing from the default interface.

Shillen, thanks for telling us there is an add-on to fix this.

It would be really nice if you also told us which add-on it was!!

And, maybe, even a link to get it.

Yes please @Shillen let us know which add-on.
Although it should still have been in the game by default of course (ridiculous omission tbh!) if there is an add-on that gives that info please at least tell us what it's called!

I can't find the link, but somewhere on ESO webpage there was comment about this, that the mail report you get for selling something was in the work. I think it was in the same comments as guild features, ranks, history etc.

I do agree that its a bit surprising that you don't get to know what you've sold. And a simular thing, the guild and guildbank history? They are only good for what, 24 hours? I am not a coder, but this can't be hard to add, can it?
