✭✭We checked it still applies for pve, but we did not test in pvp.

BG MMR should NOT reset, zos sponsored smurfing is a terrible design choice.
PvP needs more incentives, even simple purple/gold mats would suffice.0 -

I checked that it applies in PvP when I was doing my Rakkhat's testing. Off Balance heavy attack damage (including damage from Overload heavies) does apply to players.
Again, this is how gankers were hitting such absurd numbers that necessitated Overload heavies being excluded from Rakkhat's. The combo was Off-balance Knife from stealth -> Overload Heavy.Edited by CameraBeardThePirate on January 16, 2026 5:40PM3
