What is this new visual of dragon leap ultimate and wing buffet skills?
For me it shows one wing that has been turned 90 degrees and is only showing on the left side of character. Looks pretty stupid. Is it a visual bug or intentional?
I think the wings should appear as wings usually appear. On your back.

They have mentioned a few times this is not intentional and is a visual bug and is being addressed
