Over the past six months, I have contacted tech support several times. Each time, I provided evidence of a rules violation and received the same response—that no violation was found. After that, I asked whether I could consider this response from tech support as Zenimax's official position on interpreting the rules, and whether I could refer to it in future interactions with other players and Zenimax staff. Following that question, I then received a response stating that violations had indeed been found.
Why should I constantly have to deal with closed tickets without a proper response, or with bot replies?
On every recent Twitch stream or forum news post, we hear about dialogue and openness. But all we encounter are generic brush-offs and automated responses.
I am attaching three ticket numbers where the situation described above occurred, so that i can get comments on this issue:
