I did the new quests and they were alright, I don’t know if I’ll do them again because of time constraints. I think we should give them some credit for doing them to add something new.

I think that's perfect for this time of the year where many of us are playing less often in favor of spending time with family and friends for the holidays. It is supposed to give a festive holiday chill vibe and it succeeds at that, imo.

I don't agree with this.
Yeah, you are right when you say we all want different things. But I personally see more people criticizing the same things:What I want to see is ZOS try to do something big and worthwhile. For instance, I'm not a huge fan of the subclassing system, but I admit it was a serious try from ZOS to bring some serious change to the game. At least they tried something, even if I don't like it.
- everything has been made for years now to make the game very easy for new players
- PvP players feel abandoned
- endgame players feel abandoned
- we get half of the content we used to have in the past for the same price

Sorry, but no, no, no, no, and no. I paid full price for the Solstice event this year, and it was really bad. A bunch of new quests (that are not even translated into my language) is not enough. I'm expecting far more.
If I go to a restaurant and get an awful main course, I won't congratulate the chef if I get an ok-tier dessert at the end.
It's been 11 years guys. It's time to stop encouraging them for a few new quests. We paid 2 billions in 11 years, we deserve more than that.
