RIP Jim Ward (Mannimarco)

As of December 10th, we lost a great.

Jim Ward gave life to Mannimarco through his incredible VA work, giving us our main antagonist through such an iconic performance.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family, as I can’t begin to fathom what they must be going through losing him so young. His work will live on, and like Mannimarco he will never truly be gone.

Know that I, aswell as the rest of our community are incredibly grateful for the passion that he put into ESO. 🕊️

I’ve had this ghost as my forum icon since the day I joined, as I’ve been a Necromancer for as long it’s been possible.

A major factor in why, is how empowering Jim’s Mannimarco is as a character. Despite appearing in several other TES games, it was Jim’s version who stood out the most. I’ve always held his character as the golden standard of what I want mine to be.

Sad news. I can still hear "Where is the amulet of kings?!" in my head over an over after so many characters... RIP Mr. Ward. What great memories of him remain here.
