Account Suspended

I have just tried logging in to find my Account Suspended for breach of tos i have no email for zoz at all regarding this matter and its shocked me as ive been a eso+ member since 2014 and i just want to know what i have done to have my Account Suspended

ZOS doesn't do a very good job of holding itself accountable to the customers.

You're best hope is to file a ticket by logging on to your account via the account login page. (not by logging into game, since you're locked out) Then post your ticket number here.

If you can't do that, your best hope is to post here and hope you can get a conversation going with Kevin or other devs that drop in to deal with issues like this.

I was fighting 4 world bosses killed two of them this guy waited until i killed the third then he runs in pulls the last boss then runs out making all 4 respawn hence this is where I find myself today , he definitely did it on purpose oh well lesson learned

That wasn't nice of them. You could try filing an appeal on the grounds they deliberately goaded you into responding by their behaviour.

i have a 72 hr account Suspended so i will take it on the chin first and last since beta at least all my stuff hasn't gone

That isn't an excuse. Sometimes other players may do things that make us angry, and they may have even done them on purpose, but we are responsible to keep our tempers under check.

I don't disagree with you, but I'm also of the view that "one wrong doesn't excuse another" works both ways.
Also, realistically, some days it's easier to take the high road than others - stuff's going to happen on occasion.

Stuff does happen, but it's to our benefit to stop and think before we react because we are the ones that could be banned.

Yep, always be careful with in-game chat! In addition to other players reporting you (and sometimes their goal is to goad someone into saying something reportable), zos may monitor chat for certain words and punish players even without a report being made. My own rule is that I never say anything in-game that I wouldn't type in a professional email at work.

lol have you seen the reaction if someone tried it before in a group ? i guess your pretty new to grouping with the wider population and that was likely what someone did to you and got away with it ? and when i say there have been no bans for more i mean it ! seems someone stitched you up maybe ! be careful man, use common sense and protect your account better when you get it back
thats just a nasty thing to be calling some dude randomly, if they had it coming you should have took screenshots showing they escalated things and save them for ammo

That is a legitimate word to use. Here, let me show you.

"The mechanic noticed that the idle was set a little too high on the car he was working on, so he r e t a r d e d the timing just a bit to correct the problem".

And the term still refers to a legitimate mental situation as well, but it is no question offensive to use the term as a slur against someones character.

theres no one intelligent enough playing eso doing things to hunt retaliations to know that difference, and besides everyone already knew that in the past ! and lately it just really needs to look as though something is a bit off for things to devolve fast, got to be about 6 years since this came up in game about its meaning, 72 hours no matter how its called is anything except cooling off time
