Hello!

If I scribe Shield Throw Multi and I use Jolting Arms:

(5 items) When you Block, you charge your arms, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 4620 for 6 seconds and causing your next Bash attack to deal an additional 3513 damage. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. (thanks ESO-Sets

It is only the first bash, right, not all three -Deals 195 Physical Damage and Bashes the enemy.

    Shield Throw does not Bash.

your next attack of any kind is only 1 attack, not multiple.

Shield Throw with Multi-Target, Knight's Valor, and Interrupt seems to apply the Bash damage from Knight's Valor each time the shield hits a target, in addition to the Physical Damage from Multi-Target. However, the bonus damage from the Jolting Arms set only applies to the first time Bash damage is dealt, which is the first target hit with Shield Throw when using Knight's Valor.

I've highlighted the numbers in this image for clarity. The first enemy hit takes the increased Bash damage from Jolting, but both enemies take Bash damage in addition to Physical Damage.

This test was done without any other source of damage (i.e., no damaging weapon enchantments, Champion Points, Burning Light passive, Sundered proc, etc) and this is not taking the resistances of the enemies into account.
