After a massive and long lag spike right at log in. Can't get to character select now even after restarting.

When I get a "Booted From Server", it is usually a me thing (or at least my account thing - it has not affected group mates) and I just have to wait like 15 minutes for the server to stop being mad at me.

II feel like this happens if something in the network goes flaky between me and the ESO server and it puts me in a "time out". I think it is an anti-DDoS thing. So it is on the server-side, but specifically blocking my account or IP for a period of time, and not something where the entire server is down. It has ruined some good Infinite Archive runs for me because the instance will reset by time login server lets me back in.
