I’m not seeing a body or book in that location post quest?

Hmm, odd! (I don't know why the map image isn't showing up properly in the post btw, it looks perfectly normal in it's unlinked form), but the dead monkey and letter are at the bend in the middle of the southernmost tunnel/cave in the refuge (the one that leads to the entrance outside Sunport). I did the quest yesterday and found the book today, so post-quest. I'm on Xbox EU.

Ah, found it too. Ezhkel in the wilderness, somehow i overlooked Gabriels screenshot (#4596). Quest is An Ambition fulfilled. After that, monkey and letter are there, as mentioned (#4618). PC EU.
    Thanks, SeaWoodStage!

Is there a post quest location for the Missive to Mor Naril Lorebook from Gristmung Hold
Can’t re enter once quest is completed
Zos needs to make more post quest locations for these kind of books
You think you are taking your time combing thru the area but always miss one or two
    Very frustrating

As it stands, I have not found any post-quest locations for any books. This applies to all the POI and zone story quests.

Not needed for a quest but need the quest to access. It's in one of the zone story quests - might even be the last one. Sorry can't rememeber which.

It's very easy to miss as there are two entrances to the room it is in, and this is right by one on the other side of the room.

    Letter from Stirk Fellowship
    Letter from Aradros

I still have them listed as Unknown on my bug list.

Thank you! I return to Mor Naril with a friend and find it. The book is in the room where you find Darien's light.

The Untraveled Road is the final main quest in West Weald. It starts, iirc, in Beragons townhouse in Skingrad.

the other quest I am going back for is the one for Deetra Grotto, does the letter appear in my inventory if i'm grouped with the person who has yet to do the quest that I have already completed? or how does it work?

Nope. One and done. Grouping with someone on a quest allows access to the location only, you don't get any quest related books.

Sorry, that depends. In some cases some books are readable, in some not. And the reasons had always been a mystery for me.
In case of the Deetra Grotto i don't know exactly. Maybe you get the missing paper in your inventory, if it is Items Needed For Curative. Didn't hear of experiences for this case especially, may be worth a try.

The ones not available to read are needed for the quest. As you are not yourself on the quest you can't read them. Any other books which are in the location but not specifically needed for the quest can be read. So you can group to get into the location with someone on the quest to read the latter.

Items Needed For Curative goes in quest items. If you are not on the quest, even if grouped, you don't get it

Are quests not shared in group? That's what i never understood. Or is it a "daylie or not thing", what makes the difference?

Edit: but anyway, i guess you're right. Can be the point i never got. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks, Gabriel.

You have to have the quest in your quest log for it to be active. For example, if you group with someone but don't have the quest yourself then you'll often find them standing around waiting, but from their PoV there is an NPC there they need to talk to.

Those who didn't own the content pass got a quest on Stirk Island. Worm Cult Correspondence was part of that quest. The quest was not available to content pass owners.

No idea what the name was. It's only available if you don't have the pass and only on stirk, which I'm not sure you can get to now. It was a sort of prologue quest for the wall from what I understand.

The quest name was "Support the Fellowship", which was available to everyone. But the last part of the quest that opened up during Phase 3 of the Wall event was different depending on if you had the content pass or not.

If you had the content pass, Skordo would send you to enter the Writhing Fortress to defeat the fortress guardians and destroy the Soul Tower.

If you did not have the content pass, Skordo would send you to investigate around Stirk Island to search for the saboteurs and then go kill the Worm Cult Sisters. During that portion of the quest you come across the Worm Cult Correspondence lorebook.

Finishing either version of the final part of the quest, awarded you with the same Worm King's Crown adornment.

Now that the event is over, even those without the content pass do not seem to have a means to acquire that lorebook if they haven't done so already.

Hopefully, ZOS will add a location somewhere in the future for all people that completed either version of the quest as well as those who weren't around to do the quest during the limited time event.

There are currently 14 quest locked books that are documented. Some have been noted for years.
