Lock those characters so they can't be deleted and once bots reach 8 characters and all are locked in they are forced to either cease or most probable.. Buy another copy which will generate huge revenue due to the amount of bots right now. It maybe not be a immediate solution but over time it will work and generate $ which then can be used to pay 24/7 GMs

simply BAN THEM...
