Dear ZOS or anyone from the team…

    @Sarannah

And I’ll tell you more why: the state of this game is completely ridiculous, a shame and a disgrace.
    1. I have played this game since release.
    2. I never liked the tank role. For a lot of reasons I don’t play it.
    3. But I could play as a tank, and let’s say I start today.
    - So where should I go, normal dungeons? What will I taunt if there’s nothing to taunt? Because one beam plus self-heal will carry all three players.
    - If there’s nothing to taunt because everything dies so fast, why would I need a shield or armor in normal content? I don’t understand how to play a tank.
    - Should I learn in veteran dungeons or trials? OK, what monster should I taunt? Oh wait… they’re all dead. Because 8 beam players kills them all.
    - I will taunt Exarchanic Yaseyla in vSE
"You have been kicked from the group."
    - Why did they kick me out?! I don’t understand.

Now let’s talk about players who want to learn healers. Where should they go learn, normal dungeons/trials? Heal who or what? Ah, I know one example: tombs in nSS, if something explodes, what happens? Nothing. DPS take ~4k damage and I heal them easily with one skill. I think I’m ready for veteran content because I’m a pro healer in normal.

    vetDSR. Twins boss:
“You have been kicked from the group.”
    - Why? What did I do wrong?
    - You don’t know the dome mechanics.
    - But in normal content we don’t have those mechanics, and I healed everyone, I’m a good healer.

@Sarannah Are you for real? You don’t see anything wrong with the state of the game?
All of this should not embarrass me or feel like a disgrace. Somebody at ZOS should be held accountable for the state of the game.

I don’t understand why ZOS lets this happen to the game, or why they’re burying their own creation. But you know what’s even worse? Seeing players who want to destroy ESO even faster than ZOS does.

Having read a lot of the comments here, I think I must be playing a different game. Our guild of newer players and closed beta vets is still struggling to finish all vet trials. For the last 3 weeks, we have been trying to get through DSR, one of the last remaining trials we need to do. Last night, after two hours, we gave up at the Reef as it was getting late.

We find the DLC vet trials a real challenge. We have at least 5 arcanists who are well over 100K in the group, two great tanks and healers, but it's always the mechanics and coordination that are tricky. Damage doesn't seem to be an issue overall; the bosses go down fast enough when we can hit them and we are not dead.

I can only think that some of you have played these trials so many hundreds of times that you know precisely where to be at any given moment to avoid death and to defeat the mechanics. For the vast majority of players, though, many of whom only have a few hours a week to play, this kind of grinding dedication is impossible and undesirable. For us, the increased damage in the group from subclassed arcanists is probably our only hope of actually getting through these trials. And we are not even contemplating hard modes or trifectas.

You guys who are clearly hardcore progression group members are complaining because you find it easy, but you are a tiny proportion of the game population, the vast majority of whom have never done vDSR. We have people in our guild who've been playing since beta, and our trials nights are the first time they've ever done a trial. That is the reality of the ESO community.

ZOS are not going to change the way this game works to satisfy an incredibly small handful of people who can wave their weapons around, shouting how awesome they are and how weak the content is, when the overwhelming majority of players find this content extremely challenging.
