Fellowship of Stirk Style pages and material not dropping

Event page says you should be getting style material out of gold coffers - did not get any. No pages either after many dailies. Anyone else get this stuff? Is it not dropping until phase 2 but they forgot to mention it?

✭✭✭✭✭None on TTC either. That tells me the motif isn't dropping at all.
At least the Coldharbour Dominator is dropping, but I guess turning on two motifs the same day doesn't work.1 -

✭✭✭✭Well, on PC/NA at least, I checked all the major traders and could not find a single Stirk Fellowship motif page listed.1 -

We have identified the problem and will have this fixed in a hotfix slated for tomorrow.
