Balorgh's, Order's Wrath, and Back Alley Gourmand on a Nightblade/Sorc. 60%+ chance with very nearly capped Critical Damage modifier, and of course Exploiter for that extra dmg to Off Balance sprinkled on top. I don't know if I can do any better than this.

Depends on how you want to play. Monomyth gives 20% crit dmg if you dont have other minor force source

Depends on how much crit chance/damage you want:

Perfected Mora Scribes Thesis + Oakensoul will give you +12% Crit Damage and slightly less crit chance when using a Tri-pot for Major Resource recoveries (and assuming Gallop is still considered a Major buff) at 2,036 Crit rating vs. 2,203, which can be pushed further with other Major buffs.

Back Alley gourmand could be replaced with Shattered Fates effective 11.5% base damage increase from 7641 Offensive Penetration. This base damage increase is then multiplied by your crit damage.

Using a Bow would give you 1314 Crit rating, increased to 2628 against targets further than 15m from you.

As others have said, Monomyth is also a good choice given while you may be near crit damage cap, players have natural crit resistance, and impenetrable exists to provide more.

Actually, faffing about with Mora Scribes Thesis it seems the calculation for Major crit chance is bugged or something. I'm able to hit the critical chance cap just using Oakensoul and a Tri-pot.

Meaning just the normal version of Mora Scribes gives around 0.3% crit chance less than Order, but adds +4% crit damage (an upgrade for my oakensoul build at least, swapping out Order). The perfected variant should add an additional 3% Critical chance, overall gaining 2.7% crit chance and 4% crit damage over Order's Wrath if able to hit the needed number of buffs.

<<<I am assuming you play SOLO and small group content>>>

It really depends on your abilities.

I think you can do better. Your problem, in my opinion, is the low penetration. The importance of fully penetrating a Boss's Armor cannot be understated.
I always aim for 9200-9300, so that with casting Maj+Min Breach I will have debuffed a Boss armor. There is usually not a big trade-off for getting there.

@Zodiarkslayer - what are you running to hit that level of penetration?

Things that come to mind are Maces/Warhammers (1487/2974, respective to size), Sharpened Weapon Trait adds 1638/3276, Light armor Concentration gives 939 per piece of Light Armor, the Lover Mundus (4489 with all Gold Divines), sets (EG: Shattered Fate with 7641), Champion points under the Mages Piercing node grant up to 700 Penetration.

I looked it up on my Crit Kitty. I use Lover mundus, off hand sharpened trait, one piece light armour passive and the CP. Together with a pen line from Tzogvin's Warband, that gives me 9118 pen.
I didn't want to give my two swords up. My goal was to have as much WD as possible, because in a group I can just swap to Thief or Warrior mundus and don't need to change much else.
