I been having type my password a few times. I thought I was clumsy but some others mentioned in discord the same thing.

    Yes, there's definitely a problem, at least on PC/EU. And it's been going all day. Logging in takes 5-10 min and zone loading takes forever as well.

    Its not dead per se. You can happily play anywhere if you don't change zones (if you are lucky enough to log in that is).

    No problems for me on PC EU and NA playing in the UK through ZOS direct. Plenty of switching between accounts, servers, characters and zones.

    Where are you guys playing from, and through which launcher?

    Just got kicked from server like twice in 10 minutes. PC EU.

    EDIT: Make that three times in 15 minutes.

    Yes on PC/EU

    Also, I can’t log into my account on PC - I get a code via email, but the account system won’t accept it. Just keeps flashing as “invalid”.

    Still takes me me multiple times entering my password on PC NA to get first login and if I say accidentally press sleep buttons on keyboard. I cannot login for at least 8 mins

    I got booted from the server when in Cyro in PC/NA, when I got back in had some of the worst lag issues I've seen in there.

    Couldn't bar swap in the end at Arrius and game crashed, it crashed not long back too. Not going back in to check tonight I don't think.

    Sure thing.
    Platform is PC.
    No error code was provided, just a boxed message in the login screen that stated I should contact customer support.

    3 attempts at logging into EU were made before I gave up and tried NA instead. Worked instantaneously.
    Have played on NA for a while before I logged off entirely. Haven't tested logging into EU ever since.

    Okay, please try these steps if you haven't already. If this doesn't help, I'd encourage you to raise a ticket with support.

    When this sort of thing happens, it would be really helpful (and key to the new leadership's commitment to improved communication) if instead of just being told "connection issues from yesterday should be resolved" we were actually given an explanation of what those issues actually were and how they were resolved.

    ^ And an explanation how after the connection issues are resolved, why when I click "quit" the game restarts and behaves like a fresh install. Whatever was "fixed" apparently broke something with add ons, at least for me, because I had no issues playing earlier today at all.

    Many of us in our guild, that have addons installed on Xbox Series X NA-server, are having issues with the game lagging and being disconnected.

    Just got kicked with "An error has occurred". Can't log in. PC NA


    Finally logged in but major spikes happening in game and on Akami routes.

    connection issues are still ongoing, on and off. Things were mostly fine until about 15 mins ago. I got about half way done with my alts daily writs.
