Prince Azah did give "The Worm Turns" quest to my copied EU character, but he still won't give it to the CP3600 template I made.

Interesting. That would confirm my suspicion about the templates having this bug. I can only check myself once I get my own EU characters. @Margravigne do you remember if Prince Azah gave this quest to your copies and templates both?

@Qethsegol, @owaindraig when I ran this on the PTS-NA copy, I had that exact issue on my Template alt too, and the only way past was to go complete quests 1-4 of Part 1 (up until dropping Vosgah Shrine on Wormblood and taking the Gift of Death back to the Palace) and then Azah could be found at the Rampart Camp again (he wouldn't give the next quest from pt1, so once he seems bugged there, you know you can go pick up 'The Worm Turns').

@ZOS_JasonBarnes I thought this had been fixed for template alts in Patch v11.2.1/PTS2, has it reverted?

As for copies, I'm currently running my copied alt, who was able to pick up 'The Worm Turns' immediately, ( she had completed Part 1 on Live) because for some reason Prince Azah thought my character had already completed the Fortress when I spoke with him next to the Lens. I ran the three 'Through The Wall' delve quests with Darien and attempted to complete the Fortress before firing the Lens, though, so I'm not sure if that had any impact on progression.

@owaindraig , @Margravigne I dragged myself through the western story quests now up to "The Writhing Wall". No further quest from Azah was given to me, but when I left the palace, Mirmal FINALLY gave me "The Worm Turns". Now I hope that nothing bugs out, so I can finally test the eastern main story. I usually love doing quests on the PTS, but since update 48 things have been exhausting. I hope all goes well on live.

Edit: Already stuck at "Hunt for the Great Mage", being sent back and forth between the flayer sites, but I guess that is rather for the story quest thread.

I can confirm this too - if you do the Western quests it will unstick you - you only have to do up to the writhing wall quest - then after Raz and you fight wormblood go back to the palace - turn in the quest, - there will be no obvious way to continue the quest - access the map then hit continue zone story and there will be another Azah back at the camp on your map to acess the worm turns

What I will add is this - The first PTS with Eastern Solstice - unplayable - crashes every five minutes.
2nd update of PTS still on NA - crashes fixed
3rd update, this one, aka also the first EU update crashes are back but playable if one is patient.

Running a copied alt who has completed MQ / Coldharbour via DC Zone / Summerset / SOTWC pt1 on live.

I had Jeetra glitch on me right before leaving Kaz-Neesak Mine, (possibly caused by entering combat with the 3 banekin in the tunnel leading to the exit, which halted her run and returned her to Follower-mode), and she's followed me to the first flayer site instead of heading back to camp to report to Prince Azah.

My game then wouldn't remove the reapers at that first site after destroying their cores, and crashed soon after. When I logged back in, both Raz and Jeetra had disappeared, so I made my way to the second site, but Skordo's dialogue was as if this was the first site I had located, and the models for the flayers were missing completely and the map marker sent me back to the other one, where Raz reappeared.
However the reapers sttill wouldn't break/disappear, and there was no longer the note for me to pick up, despite Raz prompting me to do so, so I abandoned the quest.

Rerunning it, I stealthed past the banekin and Jeetra was able to exit and vanish as intended. The models for the flayers at Raz's site still wouldn't break/vanish, and the ones at Skordo's were still missing, but I was able to progress the quest.

I'll recheck this after the next update to see if the issue with Jeetra can be replicated.

I had a similar problem during that quest. Picking up the note first, then destroying the flayers (which were not visible to me at one site, and did not get destroyed at the other) causes Raz to still prompt me to pick up the note, even though I picked it up already. The same happened at the other flayer site, when I did the other objective first, before destroying the flayers (I cannot remember what exactly it was, a note on a cart?). Abandoned a few times, same thing. The only way past the quest for me was to *first* destroy the two flayers, then do the other objective.

Sounds like the markers for the notes need to only appear once the flayers have been destroyed, then, to prevent the quests from glitching and not being able to be completed?

I have no idea why I've only just noticed this after already running this questline three times, but on the offchance no-one has reported it via /bug in-game, the staff Walks-In-Ash carries/uses after returning Vanus' staff to him is still the same model as his, rather than the one she had during Part 1:

Agreed, I was thinking the same, that the markers might be appearing too early. If that is the case, and the markers are fixed in a later patch (or live), the items also shouldn't be interactable beforehand, so the quest cannot glitch.
