Aedra/Daedra Temples/Factions

The idea is that there should be Temples in different zones that players can join that correspond to the specific Aedra/Daedra they worship. It would be only on temple/faction that you can join per character and would give you certain bonuses as you rank up.

For Example: As you you level up in the temple/faction you gain certain household items like statues and banners, costumes, mounts, and eventually a themed house.

Skill Styles: each temple/faction would offer different skill styles depending on the class. Azura's temple could offer different skill styles for your winged twilight. Hircine's temple can offer a skill morph for the werewolf to make it a werebear or wereboar. Arkay can offer different templar spears. Ect, ect.

There would also have to be limitations. For example: you can only belong to one Temple. Certain classes and world skills can't join a specific temple (Necromancers and Vampires wouldn't join Meridia's temple). So on and so fourth.

Just an idea I had to improve the lives of player and RPers. Let me know what you think and please comment down below with any criticism or suggestions.

it would be fun and interesting to be able to worship Aedra, Daedric Princes, and other dieties.
if this idea includes quests related to dieties that would be cool too.

But i think it would have to be limitless in how many you can worship, same with who can worship. just like how we can join all the current guilds at the same time.

it would be sad if someone has a main character Necromancer that they do everything with and cannot worship Meridia through this feature.
We do not have this limitation when using Dawnbreaker from the Fighters Guild line despite that being Meridia's artifact.

I'm generally not against having more joinable factions in game (I still think it was a missed opportunity not to be able to let our character join a Dunmer House when Vvardenfell was added to ESO - optionally, of course), but I really hope that any additions to such a system would be lore-accurate. Which would mean smaller Daedric cults, no big temples in the open (Solstice is a big exception culturally). Aedra worship limited to only one Aedric deity would also seem unusual, unless maybe you actually became a specific priest. Joining the Dunmer Temple would also mean worshipping the whole Tribunal and not only one of them. Except for that, I think it might be an interesting addition to the game. Well, depending on the execution.

This is one of the features that I can't believe hasn't been implemented years ago. A Devotee or Faithful World skill lines where your characters pick an Aedra or Daedra to worship.

Give us skill lines with a mix of thematic rp and useful passives, a couple of skills, and an ult. Make it so you can only worship one at a time, but can "respec" to another god. Also have certain Divines and Princes have better synergy with specific classes while others are more neutral.

Hircine = Wardens and WW
Kynareth = Wardens and Sorc
Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon = DK
Stendarr and Meridia = Templar
Namira = Necro
Molag Bal = Necro and Vamp
Julianos = Sorcs
Nocturnal and Mephala = NB
Hermaeus Mora = Duh
Malacath = Unique bonus for orc players

It checks the box for every type of player as well. Excellent for RP and housing, adds some PvE questing and grinds, and adds combat utility for PvP and high end PvE. In a pre-subclass ESO I'd say the game could handle this, but currently I'd prefer something like this be something worked on carefully in the background for a few years while they straighten out this current very unbalanced highly homogenized environment.

While this is an interesting idea, I would prefer that it not provide bonuses that would make it seem somewhat mandatory. As a player behind the character, it seems ridiculous that my dark elf would worship the Tribune knowing that they are false gods. It seems equally unlikely that any of my characters would worship Daedric gods knowing what disdain they have for mortals, except for perhaps Azura or Meridia. It would be more likely that my Nightblade Khajiit would follow Khenarthi due to her race, especially not Mephala, and Nocturnal would be a hard sell after Summerset.
