Fighters Guild Courier never appeared; cannot continue quest line, please help!

The Fighters guild quest line is not progressing on one of my Characters. On on of my characters (Ahnael Valerian) the courier who is supposed to bring you the next quest in the chain (The Prismatic Core) never appeared. I'm level 30 now, the quest is a level 25 quest.

Please help with this, I would like to continue the fighters guild quest line. I tried submitting a bug report in game a few days ago, but got 0 response.

    This has been the case for a week, over maybe 6 different gaming sessions (where I logged of and quit the game), so its not going to resolve itself on its own.

    Have you tried visiting the fighters guilds in all the cities in your level 25 zone?

    I tried Greenshade, which is the level 25 zone for me, and Grahtwood, which is where I finished the previous quest in the chain

    I also did AD on my first char, and some of the fighters quest I actually received in the new area. Maybe you have to visit Malabar Tor?

    I also wanted to add: if that doesn't work (or you can't get there) make an in-game bug report. You might need a GM sorting you out (I once got stuck in between quest of the main questline as well).

    So I went back to greenshade again and found See's All Colors there this time.

    As a note, I have never gotten a reply from any of the 6-7 in game bug reports about blocked quests I have files since early access, which sucks.

    For every Fighters Guild quest, I had to go to the first Guild Hall in the major city you get dumped into after Coldharbor. For me, that was Vulkhel Guard in Auridon playing on the Aldmeri Dominion side.

    Quests I thought were reliant on guild rank not level.

    The quests are reliant on guild rank. There are people that don't realize that.

    Bug reports don't get you replies, it even tells you that after submitting them. You need to instead lodge a ticket through the /help screen if you actually want to get help. /bug just logs a report for the QA team to check up on later.

    I got the courier appearing at Davons Watch (first city after coldharbour) right now.

    As a note, Im level 29 completed the quest like 1hour ago and had already been in stormhold and mournhold since completing it doing dressers, yet he decided to appear ar Davons.
