Will i ever get a chance to get the weather control collectible for my house?

Hi forum friends

I was on a gaming break and i sadly missed out on Kynareth's icon of storm control. Is there any other way to get this now or was it a one time only item?
I have the collectible that changes the time of day in my house i got that with writ vouchers and I was hoping to be able to get the weather one with writs vouchers too or even buy it in crown store but it's not available.

update 48 will have a Maormer weather control furniture, it will be available via writ vouchers.

A new weather control furnishing called Sea Witch Weather Totem can be purchased from Rolis Hlaalu, the Master Writ vender or from the crown store. With this furnishing you can control the weather state in your homes!
