Dead and delayed button presses. It is no wonder end game is so tiny compared to overland content.

You press a button and either the ability is delayed, or straight up doesn't go off. It doesn't matter what content you're doing, it happens everywhere. Tbh it's not very in your face and is a total non-issue unless you pvp or parse/end game pve. I felt it first in pvp, but it was highlighted to me, in the obvious, when trying to parse.

I'll get this out of the way first, I'm on Xbox, wired connection to modem, wired controller, gaming monitor, all ports opened, done all modem/console resets.

Imagine playing a fighting game and sometimes your button just doesn't work. The devs would immediately change gears to fix this as fast as they could, or people would leave.

I've never encountered this problem this consistently for THIS LONG on any game. It's always fixed pronto by the devs, if possible.

This is unacceptable. This is a fundamental problem with the game and should be seen as such.

This was the first vid I ever saved after becoming suspicious of this issue. I swap weapons and use charge and the game straight up blacks out my bar and doesn't allow me to do anything for close to a second, THEN activates the ability.
