Nothing but a single piece of gear from the Glorious Undaunted Box?

Title pretty much says all. Yesterday I did Oathsworn Pit as a random dungeon. At the end I got my (gold) Glorious Undaunted Box which contained exactly one item, the Sluthrug's Hunger restoration lightening staff. Granted, I didn't have that one, but I expected more from the "gold" Undaunted Box. At least I got my two tickets.

Has anyone had a similar experience in this year's Undaunted event?

Also did a DLC dungeon as a random normal (Bedlam Veil) and the gold box only had a piece of gear for the stickerbook, it was only normal but still felt like an insult just getting one item in the box.

Oathsworn Pit
Bal Sunnar
Scrivener's Hall

This issue does not impact event tickets at all. The encounter rate of this issue has been low. If you encounter a Glorious Undaunted Box that has fewer items than normal, please place a ticket with customer service and they will be able to assist.

friend in guild said he did dread cellar and it did not drop any gear from dungeon or undaunted boxes so maybe more dungeons not working

Also on Xbox farming gear in Naj Caldeesh I was only getting gold from drops, no gear no trash no materials just gold. Not sure if lag has anything to do with it but also experiencing severe lag example pressing heal button sometimes takes 3 seconds before I actually heal. I haven't run any other dungeons to see if it happens there just this one so far
Ps internet is excellent 1K up 1K down also experiencing lag on my PC account of eso no other games affected with lag

PC-EU here, just did nNC and only got 1 gear piece from the first boss. Two chests only gave gold. End boss only gave gold, no Undaunted box at all.

Yeah me too every chest i stop opened up has nothing but gold in it, so strange and the lag is beyond game breaking for me it is

Thanks for acknowledging the issue. I've opened a ticket. No idea if it'll lead anywhere. I only mentioned the event tickets because there've been some issues previously regarding event tickets not dropping. Happy to hear that isn't any concern this time around.

What's the deal with the gold event boxes so rarely dropping a new style page related to the event? Why are we getting mostly old style pages from past events in our gold event boxes? Is this intentional?

if this is happening so often and in so many dungeons, any chance of it getting fixed and like a few day extension? i only run randoms and probly hit a few of these dungeons in that time.

PC-NA here. I just ran Vet Blackheart and through the entire dungeon, the mobs only dropped gold, no items or gear, including the bosses, with the exception of the last boss, which dropped gear as normal and gave us a box.

This happened to the entire group, not just me.

I've been getting motifs, gear I had not collected and undaunted furnishings and also gold plunder.

Unsure about the glorious box, but there was a weird bug going on in Castle Thorn last night, the boss dropped nothing, the alt I was doing the quest on got a quest coffer but it was empty, and even my daily random email was sent empty. The only thing I am really worried about is the skill point, I don't know how to tell if that was given. The odd thing is that the loot was dropping up until around half way through the dungeon, I have no clue what triggered it. I did get a missing item from the first treaure chest, the second after Talfyg dropped nothing but some gold. I didn't notice until someone said they got no item from Talfyg and paid more attention. SO it seems to effect most of the group once it happens.

Experienced this last night. A guildie also reported having the same issue earlier in the day.
Midway through my group's third dungeon (Earthen Root Enclave) loot stopped dropping. Bosses and chests would only drop gold. Heavy sacks would be empty (and disappear after the first person used it). Even picking up food items from baskets/tables would show nothing picked up.
Didn't get any event box off the final boss either.

It just happened in Graven Deep dungeon too, I did get my skill point it appears. The reward coffers were empty again, only gold from the boss. So it is pretty busted for event farmers trying to get the double drops.

I got a non curated (and thus already collected) set piece from the Undaunted box in the Cauldron although I haven‘t completed the respective set collection. The only pieces missing in my collection were weapons/jewelry but I got a belt.

This only happened this one time. Other boxes (other Cauldron ones as well) were working.

Scrivners Hall gave me a gold GP crate with only a piece of armor in it today. So glad I endured that awful place just to make sure I don't get a style page drop today.

PC-EU here. I did vet Bal Sunnar yesterday for the pledge and had the same issue, only a single weapon dropped from the Gloruous Undaunted Box. Have not done my pledges yet today but will edit this if problem is the same today.

However, my husband (@maxxgrey) just finished his pledges and had the same problem with vet Scrivingers Hall, only a single weapon from the Glorious Undaunted Box.

Edit:
Both my husband and I contacted support and got a replacment box sent to us via the in game mail. However, both our replacment boxes were for vet Fungal Grotto? So not the same drops and for our DLC pledge we did (I did vBS yesterday and he did vSH today) Anyone else had the same?

Edit 2:
Did my first pledge for today vet Scrivingers Hall and the same problem, only a single weapon, so will have to put in another ticket.

Urgh, wish I saw this before doing vet SH tonight as the first dungeon. Got an empty undaunted coffer. Not sure if i submitted the ticket right, did it under "get help" for the pledge -> missing item and said what happened. Ticket number was 250928-000732.

To be completely fair though, I'm pretty sure this is the first time in 10yrs of playing I've ever had to submit a "help" ticket XD.

@Orbital78 if I look at the group dungeon icon on the zone map on PS and the icon is white and has text above it, I can know that I got the skill point for completing the dungeon. I assume it is the same on PC but can’t say for sure. If the icon is black then it has not been completed.

I did pretty much the same thing and until now.... *crickets*

Also, I find it kind of odd reading today's patch notes and nothing is mentioned about this issue. Including the absolute dearth of the new style pages. I have managed to get 3 until now. Last one was sometime in the middle of last week.

Know that after review we have mailed a replacement Glorious Undaunted Box: Veteran Fungal Grotto for the Glorious Undaunted Box: Veteran Oathsworn Pit and you should see this when you check the in-game mail.

I don't have any complaints about the support agent, but just like above commenters I find it odd that they seem to have been instructed to send players the Fungal Grotto box no matter what.

How did you go about that? Because I haven't heard anything on my ticket. To make matters worse it's just happened again. Did Bedlam Veil as random normal and all I got was a piece of gear ...again. This time it was the Blind Path Induction epaulets. So twice this event I've ended up with practically zilch for my efforts.

I really REALLY thought this had been (silently) fixed by now. Kind of feeling bummed out now. I still need the Opal Scourge Harvester shoulders which I probably won't get now. At least I won't get another chance on a box since I won't be able to do a dungeon tomorrow before the event ends. The reality of work interferes with that.

@ZOS_Kevin could you please look into what's happened to my ticket? Not really sure I should open another one when the first hasn't been dealt with.

EDIT: Just opened another one. Perhaps I have more luck this time...
