Nothing but a single piece of gear from the Glorious Undaunted Box?

Also ran into this on the last couple of days.

DLC of course is known to be one item only I see above, but VetHM Trifeca run on the base game Pledges, and its 1 Undaunted Key and 1 peice of equipment.

Not really very encouraging to players to continue with the event.

A half decent RNG drop rate would be nice.

So, second time was the charm with regard to customer support. All's not well, though, because even though I was sent two boxes/items, only one of them manifested in my inventory.

What is a bit strange is that one of the boxes identified as Glorious Undaunted Box : Bedlam Veil, according to the tooltip. The other item had no tooltip at all and there was no trace of it in my inventory after retrieving the items. Very strange.

At least this version of the Bedlam Veil box actually contained more than just one piece of gear.

EDIT: Customer support sent me an additional box. This one for FG1. Didn't contain anything breathtaking, and neither of the two boxes contained any of the new style pages. Still, much appreciated. Kudos to CS for handling this.

I raised a ticket and got this response.

“ We are aware of an issue may prevent players from receiving more than one item in any Undaunted Reward Box from the following dungeons:
Bedlam Veil
Oathsworn Pit
Bal Sunnar
Scrivener's Hall
This does not impact event tickets. If you experience this issue, reach out to customer support for assistance. After selecting your platform, select "I have an item issue", then "Missing Item".”

Which is exactly the way I raised the ticket I got this response to… Am I caught in a loop?

How did you get the response? By mail? Or just in-game. Interestingly enough, going the route described mentioned in the response will ask you to point out the item you're missing, which could be kind of difficult...
