Unable to access support pages.

Hi all

I'm unable to access the ESO support pages. (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US) if I am logged in to my account
If I logout, I can read the FAQ's and support pages, but I can't send a support request, because it then asks me to log in.
Game works fine, I can purchase things from the crown store, check all the details in my account (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us), etc.

I've tried to change the forum passwords, changed my account password, changed browser languages (yes I live in France, but I speak English)
I've cleared cookies, tried on Chrome, Safari (on a mac), Edge, and on an android phone.

As soon as I login and try connect to support, I get a message about too many redirects and then taken to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/fr/login?redirect=https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login and then to https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/pta_error/error_id/7.
Type in password and back to the loop

I've can log into the bethesda site as per the link in the PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING , which then takes me back to the pta_error page.

If somebody could help that would be greatly appreciated as all I wanted to check is why my gifts isn't activated (and I've had this account since 2014, and can prove that I'm the one and only owner of it as well)

    OK.. and excuse the spelling mistakes and grammar in that.. even I wouldn't believe I can speak English ;-)

    First, please clear your browser cache, or try a different browser or device. If you are unable to log in/forgot your password or email, you will need to contact account recovery to find your account. You can send a ticket for this here without having to log in. Once support has helped you locate your account, they can assist with your request.

    As I explained, I've done all that.

    I haven't lost/forgotten the password and I can login everywhere, except the support pages that go into a loop when I am logged in and it doesn't matter what device or browser I use. :'(

    I will try sending a ticket to the link you provided though and hope for some sort of luck

    Followed the details on the link, filled everything in, it the gave me a link to click on to follow my support ticket, which then took me back to the failed login page.

    Accounts works fine:

    If the ticket went through, you will also get responses sent to the email you provided. Are you able to see them there?

    No, not yet. Though I assumed that this support line would take a while to manually go through tickets to check the authenticity

    Just as an update. I have got a response from the support.
    They have asked me the same questions and suggestions here.. but hopefully somebody can sort it out.

    First time in 10 years I try to contact support, and I can't :D

    Hi

    Just an update. My account got fixed today. Took more than a month of backwards and forwards, but somebody finally took over the support ticket and was able to sort it out today quickly by changing something in the backend.

    I'm still not sure what was done, but I have seen other requests like this in the past on the forums and other locations. So I'm just posting here for anyone in the future who might end up searching for a solution and to let them know that it can be done.. you just need to get the right support personal.
