RU translation in U47

The quality of localization in U47 in russian is absolutely unacceptable.

There is a bunch of placeholders, achievements, dungeons, set names, various texts aren't translated. Looks like only 10% was touched in ru locale.
@ZOS_Kevin could you please clarify what's happening with ru lang support?

Yes, this is impacting all languages, excluding English. The team is working for a fix for the next incremental. But they are aware it is impacting other languages.

After 11.1.6 there is a huge progress with correct translations! Very aprreciate it.

But something is still untranslated, here is what I've discovered:

Strings:
Rampart Camp POI name is not translated on map and map guide.
