Clothing Survey reports

I currently complete high level crafting writs on 15 characters daily. I have not gotten a single clothing survey since before the patch. I am just curious if anyone else is seeing this? I've been getting everything else BUT clothing survey reports. Is there an issue with clothing surveys dropping?

"Issue: The Woodworking or Clothing Survey Envelopes are not working as intended.
Additional Information: We are bug in for this now and have an incremental 1 timeframe slotted for the fix."
It's been reported since release that the surveys are not dropping, and you're getting extra writs instead.2
