Clothing Survey reports

I currently complete high level crafting writs on 15 characters daily. I have not gotten a single clothing survey since before the patch. I am just curious if anyone else is seeing this? I've been getting everything else BUT clothing survey reports. Is there an issue with clothing surveys dropping?

From the Launch Known Issues thread:
"Issue: The Woodworking or Clothing Survey Envelopes are not working as intended.
Additional Information: We are bug in for this now and have an incremental 1 timeframe slotted for the fix."

It's been reported since release that the surveys are not dropping, and you're getting extra writs instead.
