Note that the Class Mastery Signature Script requires you to complete a secondary grind for Script Scraps, and the Soul Burst Grimoire requires you to fully complete the Scribing questline. For this reason, I highlight Class Mastery and Soul Burst in the poll as important landmarks for completing the Scribing grind.

✭✭I have collected every Script and Grimoire, including Class Mastery and Soul BurstDid it last year on one of each class, though only did the scribing quest line in full on my main, all the others bought the extra grimoires after unlocking the vendor.
Class mastery took me the longest since I did it last after deciding whether or not I would bother with the class script grind ended up completing 50 master writs one per day.0 -

The netch and Fox are more than anyone needs on one run through. After the third, you start having mentally unhealthy thoughts about how to get even with the developers for the twee Disneyesque torture they added to the game you normally love playing.0 -

The Class Mastery script took a bit because the only thing I was doing for scraps was Master Writs (Dr. Smith meme here: oh, the grind!). The rest of the scripts went pretty quick just from knocking out various dailies; six alts doing dailies produced lots of scripts, even at a 25% drop rate, so everyone was up to speed on grimoires and scripts in very short order (except for Class Mastery; probably picked up Banner Bearer during Whitestrake's due to skill level gatekeeping).I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.0 -

If I get some item to learn, I let my character learn it, but since I lack interest I actually don't even know how many he has learned yet and what exactly I could do with it by now. Maybe next year.@Syldras | PC | EU

I don't know how many scripts I collected (maybe most if not all of them) but beyond the Soul Magic grimoire that is mandatory during the questline, I've bought only two, traveling knife with my main (multi-target throwing explosive daggers with lasting damage) and throwing shield with my Nord DK (multi-target throwing shield with off-balance damage, a skill that I've nicknamed with affection, "the Steve Rogers").1 -

I've bought all of the grimoires on all of my alts, and have collected all of the scrpts except class mastery on them, so now I sell duplicate scripts.

I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology) because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology).

This pretty much describes my situation as well. I completed the questline for the first time during the Golden Pursuit, and since then have learnt things when they happened to drop, but have not otherwise engaged with the system.I completed the questline once and never looked into that topic again.
If I get some item to learn, I let my character learn it, but since I lack interest I actually don't even know how many he has learned yet and what exactly I could do with it by now. Maybe next year.1
