✭✭✭✭I could see such a Companion having a unique racial passive (as Dremora is a different race than the 10 playable races), but considering the two Khajiit Companions have wildly different racial passives from one another, there wouldn't be anything special about the Dremora's racial passives as they're different for each Companion regardless of race.
What sort of unique skill line did you have in mind? I thought at one point I've seen Dremora enemies using "Class" abilities, such as Nightblade skills. What sort of unique skills should a Dremora Companion have?PC/NA — Lone Werewolf

That doesn't really matter in the context of Companions. After all, Zerith-var can raise the dead with no consequences. Nobody will care if your Companion is a Daedra, Vampire, Werewolf, or anything else deemed illegal or evil.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf

Or maybe could always look like one of the mortal races, with just a slight graphical hint to indicate otherwise.1 -

The average ESO town is already 30% daedra by volume due to all the sorcerers who can't leave their emotional support twilight at home, a dremora probably isn't going to make much difference.
(Not at the top of my companion wants though, they still haven't even filled out the playable races and after that I'd prefer a Maormer because that would be a reasonable way to introduce them a bit more).6 -
