I'm stuck on 60% now to get the Blueblood Frog Hound Pup. On Drops & Rewards page on Twitch it says that we can still get it until Aug 11. But the only channels listed are /bethesda, /no_lollygaggin, /tirinei, /kattatonia, and /painintheaxe - all of these channels are closed, there's nothing streaming. Is there any other channel where we can continue the progress for the drop?

Hi All, just wanted to confirm that I see the posts. I will touch base with Customer Service on Monday (I am at QuakeCon and couldn't follow-up on some of these tickets.)

Please just make sure to place a ticket and we will get this settled next week.

If you reply linking this forum thread (and I also uploaded a screenshot of Kevin’s post specifically) they will escalate it. I can’t check to confirm items were received because I am out of town right now, but I got a support email that implies kindly pointing out this thread had the intended effect.

I can confirm, after the first response with them telling me to contact Twitch, I responded to them with the screenshot of the post here. They responded last night stating they’ll escalate it. Today while I was playing I got a random notification that the pet was added to my collections, and then the crown crate popped into my crate inventory. Sure enough I checked my email and they responded right before correcting this. Thank you, @ZOS_Kevin , for correcting this for us, even if it is delayed for some of us.

Yesterday it seemed like the drop timer was working better. I managed to get the drops from twitch by now.

I submitted a support ticket yesterday on the website in the category of Offers as that seemed most appropriate. Support contacted me right away, took a few minutes to look into, and then the doggy and Ouroboros crate were added to my account.

Just wanted to follow up here. Folks who submit tickets regarding issues with Twitch Drops should start to see follow up from Customer Service granting the drop. If your ticket was previously denied, please follow up again or submit a new ticket.Thank you again for your patience.

I suggest double checking your accounts are linked. I have multiple eso and twitch accounts. They have been linked since twitch drops first became a thing, and I definitely collected last month's drops, but somehow they were unlinked on the eso side. Twitch side showed they were linked and I'd claimed the drops, but because of some glitch on the eso side, my accounts here showed unlinked. As soon as I relinked them, I got the drops in game.
