Do we really need to watch the livestream, or can we watch it in another day in youtube and get the pet later? Like with the Anniversary Monkey.

These are Twitch Drops, so you will need to watch the stream. The Anniversary Monkey was a different code system, so the pet as accessible after the stream time.

Thank you for the information. Anyway, I've been waiting on twitch.tv/Bethesda since 3PM EDT, and there's no livestream. So, I guess it ended up canceled or moved to a different platform.

I'm confused. I'm at the Bethesda Twitch stream, but my drops say they are counting towards a bunch of Battlefield stuff (I don't even own that game) and nothing about the Ouroboros crate or puppy. Is this counting for that or not?

Okay, nevermind, there's apparently more than one stream going? Backed out of the one I was on, tried Bethesda again. But I still don't see the ESO rewards counting, just Battlefield. I am so confused.

drop ARE NOT working and this issue persisted since yesterday from other streams for different games. there isn't a status bar or drop showing for bethesda.

Same thing, I’m getting Battlefield stuff, and I don’t own it either. But it’s also not even progressing the battlefield one, it’s staying at 0%.

The correct drops ARE showing as active and progressing now. I just hope the stream is long enough to get them.

I watched some streams yesterday and got no credit. But when I logged in today, it credited me for yesterday. So I think it is tracking, but something is slow or delayed with crediting it on Inventory page. I hope...

Well... I ended up waiting for it to start, watched it for almost 50 minutes, and this is the result:

The Anniversary Monkey method was much safer. This drop thing works only for a few lucky users.

Been watching since it started, but the counter didn’t move for a good half hour. So now won’t have enough time to get drops.

For anyone with Drop issues, please place a ticket with customer service. We will help get you the pet. Twitch has been having issues with drops.

Twitch's drop timer is completely wrong. In my case, I watched everything from start to finish, and I even left it running until now to see if it would count anything, and in the end, it only counted 36%. There are other links there; I tested them, and none of them work.

I still think the method used for The Anniversary Monkey is much safer. Besides, I prefer to watch on YouTube rather than Twitch. I only have a Twitch account for ESO drops, and even so it doesn't do much good.

the drops worked at 3:50 pm edt and stopped after bethesda went offline and can't make progress now on the streams that should have it. at this rate i watched over 2hrs and only was given credit for 95% for the 1st hour. anyone that screenshots their progress for support should get the crate and pet. I know it's not the dev's fault because of twitch, but this is bad.

@ZOS_Kevin Whats the best way to file a ticket related to twitch drops? I always struggle to find the right categories to get to the point, where I can actually submit a ticket on the support site.

I got a response that essentially is passing the buck off to Twitch Support instead of ZOS Support helping me.

I think it's working but the drop time is incorrect.

It took me 6 hours, watching the selected streams to get the Ouroboros Crown Crate and to reach 51% of the Blueblood Frog Hound Pup. I'm probably going to skip the pet, because it's too much time, but it seems to be working. It's 12 hours for the pet and 6 hours for the crate.

Not really working when it’s supposed to take one hour to earn the crate and two hours to earn the pet.

6 and 12 hours is not gonna happen. LOL
