Thank you for responding I tried all that yesterday it did not work . I submitted a yesterday ticket already i am waiting for a response

Sounds suspiciously like a "social ban". have you done any mass mailing or frequent adverts in chat recently?

"A social ban in ESO can be triggered by an automail/message addon or by something that you don't perceive as inappropriate, if someone else saw that differently and ZOS agreed with them. It can happen even if you aren't intentionally spamming, typically when the server backs up and a bunch of your inputs go through at once."

just some add ons for trials i recently downloaded. only thing i was doing was talking in zone trying to form a group for lucent citadel...that mirror boss is a PUG KILLER

Typically social bans are not that long but still very annoying CS will hopefully be able to throw some light on the matter
