My mount keeps changing

I have the weirdest bug - for months now - and cant figure out how to fix it
on one character - and only on one - my mount keeps changing to a standard brown guar - i cant really tell when, but it seems to happen often when i switch the location... i have no random or favorite or other mount setting like that applied and it only happens on this one character? ? ?

Always changes to the same standard brown guar regardless of what mount i used, if i have favorites, random or not...only on that one character - does not and has never happened on any oy my other 19 characters...been playing since beta....so weird0 -

If you want a response, you need to file a /help ticket. And even then, Support may well just say they’ll pass it on as a bug. But you will at least get a response. All /help tickets get at least an automated reply (to which you must respond if you want a follow up).0
