Hi all
I'm unable to access the ESO support pages. (
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US) if I am logged in to my account
If I logout, I can read the FAQ's and support pages, but I can't send a support request, because it then asks me to log in.
Game works fine, I can purchase things from the crown store, check all the details in my account (
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us), etc.
I've tried to change the forum passwords, changed my account password, changed browser languages (yes I live in France, but I speak English)
I've cleared cookies, tried on Chrome, Safari (on a mac), Edge, and on an android phone.
As soon as I login and try connect to support, I get a message about too many redirects and then taken to
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/fr/login?redirect=https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login and then to
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/pta_error/error_id/7.
Type in password and back to the loop
I've can log into the bethesda site as per the link in the
PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING , which then takes me back to the pta_error page.
If somebody could help that would be greatly appreciated as all I wanted to check is why my gifts isn't activated (and I've had this account since 2014, and can prove that I'm the one and only owner of it as well)
