Cannot purchase scribing bundle

Hi,

I cannot purchase scribing bundle in crown store. The system says I already purchased scribing bundle but the scribing skill is not collected.

Yes. I purchased gold road DLC when it was released and tried ~1 hour and requested refund on steam. Now I got this in crown store if I want to purchase the questline.

If you swing by the Mage's Guild in Skingrad, is their a portal or an acolyte standing outside trying to get your attention?

Alternatively, if you hit a way station, pop up to the top level and zoom in to Eveyea, can you further drop into the Scholarium map and select the wayshrine there?

Assuming you have some other characters on your account, try switching to a different one from the one you were using before and you should be able to claim it for free. Let us know if that works?
