Has anybody seen a group of characters following in a seemless group killing mobs, seemly at random? They all run in step and simply mob the mobs. So I suspect these are what people call bots; but how do people do that anyway. What is a bot?
I know I probably shouldn't be asking this question (kinda like asking how to refine drugs or make meth... but it just seems strange.)

Yeah, they're bots. A bot is usually a scripting program that automates your character. They can be as simple as a VB script, or they can use "injection" methods for speed hacks or forcing the game to behave in a way not intended. Google "bot". You'll find tons of info.0 -
