If you use heroism pots/banner/mender bond/torchbearer these passives are becoming essentially dead. They should've make it an unique buff that could be stacked with heroism, I dunno, something like magickasteal/lifesteal - a debuff on enemy that grants ultimate when dealing damage once every 1s.
This would make it not be able to stack with different subclasses while not making us lose power and devalue heroism sources even further.

Such an awful change, again replacing the unique with the uniform makes the game dull and unfun. Why would I log in for this? The game continues its march into blandness.

I dont buy the dev notes on this change, they read like a poor attempt at selling a knowingly bad decision. It makes these class passives not just worse but irrelevant. Why would I rely on *** passives to give me poor uptime on these buffs when I would just use heroism pots, scribing skills and sets? They need to revisit this but they won't and then wonder why we're unimpressed with their efforts.

I think we need a new Ultimate Buff.
I think Minor Heroism needs to separate roles.

At this point, I fully expect next patch to have something like "We've overhauled the Minor Heroism buff granted from scribing skills and potions, it's now a new effect that doesn't grant ultimate and instead increases experience gained through monster kills." That seems on-brand for how ZOS "fixes" things.

Everything should be left as is. Everything is about trade offs. You can't make use of these things unless you specifically invest in them to make it work. I get to spam atros in my core, but my other healer doubles my hps. That's the trade off and I don't see why it's an issue.
