Underperforming skill lines; Dark Magic, Shadow, Dragon

Can we maybe collect some ideas on how to improve these skill lines? Ideas can go from slight adjustments of skills to complete reworks - lets just collect some ideas for the devs...

This invites the classic (but still true): Veil of Blades is the worst, most dogwater, ult in the entire game.

Any re-work of Shadow should begin there.

Ideas:

1. Massive radius increase (the current 5m is completely LOL); this would probably solve the damage morph; at least 8m, preferably 10m
2. Better buff (Major Protection was nerfed from 30% to 10% years ago and this ult, unlike most impacted abilities, was never compensated for the titanic loss of power)
3. Make it mobile on the caster (like Eye of the Storm from Destro line)
4. Improve the synergy (allow any allies to take it not only low-health allies, which is insanely restrictive)
5. Make it a Stamina Silence to complement Negate Magic (makes sense being "lost in shadows", etc.)
6. Give it Critical Resistance a la Sturdy Horn (but ideally with longer duration and cheaper cost) for PvP

Do several of those things and we're back in a good place.

Shadow Skill Line
Shadow Barrier: Remove armor requirement. Change duration to 20 seconds.
Dark Veil: Remove additional duration. Add Minor Protection.
Shadowy Disguise: Remove Born From Shadow. Remove Critically Strike. Remove Minor Protection. When moving your Magicka Recovery is half cost. reduce your next direct damage by 50%. reduce your next direct damage taken by 50%. When toggled off, you restore for 33% of the total Magicka cost you spent while active.
Mass Hysteria: dealing Physical Damage to all nearby enemies.
